When Derrick Mason was said to be taking some time at his home in Nashville to decide whether he wanted to join the Baltimore Ravens, New York Jets, or the Tennessee Titans for the 2011 season, signs pointed favorably towards his return to the Baltimore receiving corp.
It seemed like a sure bet earlier in the week after former Raven Derrick Mason visited the Jets that he will never wear the purple and black again.
But not so fast.
Despite most media outlets assuming Mason would join Rex Ryan in New York after the team cut wideout Jerricho Cotchery, Aaron Wilson of Ravens Insider tweeted today that Mason is still thinking it all over.
The 37-year old wide receiver, cut by the Ravens after the new CBA, has collected interest from the New York Jets, the Tennessee Titans, and the Baltimore Ravens who are looking to bring him in for less than what he was originally supposed to make in 2011.
